Visitor privacy notice

What we collect

• Contact details: your name, company, email address and phone number.
• Citizenship status (and country, if you are not a U.S. person).
• A photo of you and an image of your identification document.
• Your signatures on any required visitor agreements.
• Visit details such as your host, purpose, and check-in and check-out times.

Why we collect it

We use this information to keep our facilities secure and to comply with U.S. export-control regulations, including controls on access to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).

How we protect it

Photos and ID images are encrypted and can be viewed only by authorized security staff. Every access is logged.

How long we keep it

We keep visitor records only as long as our records-retention policy requires, then delete them.
